I have a 1991 Chrysler new yorker but do not have no instructions with it..i need help on how to use it?

i own a 90 Chrysler Imperial. As far as the alarm system, im pretty sure since our cars are identical, that they work the same. I just byp the alarm system all together, by not locking the doors using the on to lock them. lock them manually. otherwise, this "arms" the vehicle and i originally had nothing but problems with the alarm system. However nice and luxurious our cars are, they arent worth stealing, so u dont really need it. if the alarm does "go off" just close the doors and insert the key into the drivers side lock and lock it then unlock it, this will also "disarm" the alarm system.
