EAC ( exact Audio Copy) ?

I downloaded the latest copy, and wanted to rip FLAC's but every time it kept crashing. The only time it worked was when i ripped the audio cd with WAV losless. But it said it wasn't 100% succesfull, 40% confidence. Why?
