Honey, if you can't p the eye test for real, I don't want you in the Army. See an ophthalmologist. They have learned more than optometrists. They are actually M.D.s. It sounds like you may be able to get help with a second (or third) opinion. Please don't cheat. It'll come back to bite you. I promise you that.
