How to switch from 4 lug nuts to 5 lug nuts?

i have a 98 saturn sl with 4 lug nuts for the tires. im getting free 14 tires and rims unfortunately they are 5 lug nut rims. how i can switch from 4 to 5 without spending 300 bucks
