Is the acoustic guitar laguna ld2 good?

I am shopping around looking for a acoustic guitar in the 300 to 400 range. So at guitar center I came across the laguna ld2 and for 300$ it has a prettty warm tone. Does anybody own this guitar and do you like it and how rugged is it?
