What is the best way to get from SJC to any BART station?

I am arriving at San Jose Airport (SJC) and want to take BART to Dublin/Pleasanton to meet my family. What is the best way (on public transit) to get from SJC to any BART station (SFO or Fremont are closest) so I can continue on to Pleasanton?
