Which is better to shoot: Sticky or Paper Targets?

whether B.B, pellets, 177 or .22 or 22L.Rs I like empty cans. You can even tie them up to something so they swing. I do use paper targets some time with a + drawing on then to sight in the rifles with scopes on them. why trap BB, you do not use then again.
