H&R Block office managers - How much do they make?

I saw a job online working for H&R block as an office manager. How are they ususally paid? Hourly? I ume this is not the person who is filling out the forms. I wonder what you could expect to earn in the Mid-west doing this job on a temp basis. Good to know for negotiation purposes.
