What are facial/physical traits of Ukraines?

Everybody tells me that I look like my grandmother who is half Ukraine and half Polish. I have a round face, strong eyebrows, high cheekbones, a strong nose, a full bottom lip and round eyes. I'm petite 5'2 and slim 105 lbs but I have very long legs in proportion to my body. My neck is very boney and slim. My hair was bleach blonde when I was younger but has now become a darker shade, almost a brown. I'm generally pretty tan year round. Are any of these physical traits of someone who is Ukraine and Polish? If they aren't what ethnicity traits are they? (The rest of my heritage background is Italian, Irish, German, Swedish and Czech)
