How do you get rid of poison quickly.?

I have it on my knee. it really bugs me because i just got rid of it just a month ago or so. then i got it again. it doest really itch but it spreads still. i got a cream for it that i got from the doctors but it doest work. so dont say go to them. does anybody know what i can do to just get rid of it fast.
