Is there ever a good excuse for McDonald's to be out of KETCHUP?
How does this happen? I work at the mall and I eat at the food court almost nightly. I love McDonald's food but they have the CRAPPIEST customer service. They get your order wrong half the time, but tonight was just the last straw because I wanted ketchup for my fries and they said they were out! WTF? I wouldn't have ordered fries had I known there was no ketchup. Luckily I was able to con some ketchup out of one of the other restaurants in the food court but come on! Do they not inventory their materials and make sure they have enough? Should I stop giving that McD's my money since they're obviously so screwed up? I've been served sandwiches without condiments, the wrong sandwich, the servers don't pay attention to the orders...I mean, it's up on a SCREEN and they see "medium fry" and try to give me a small fry? WTF? I've complained to McD's corporate before and they've basically replied with "sucks to be you" and not done anything about it. I love their food but the service leaves something to be desired. So two questions. Is this normal for McD's to have such crappy service? And should I stop eating there? The selection in the food court kind of sucks, and it is by far the best food besides Chick Fil A which is a tad too expensive, but I don't want to eat at a place that doesn't pay attention to what customers order or what they need to order, such as ketchup! HOW CAN A RESTAURANT BE OUT OF KETCHUP? Isn't that ridiculous?
