Can you change your own voice naturally?

I don't want to have surgery to change my voice cause i'm only 14 years old. But I hit puberty at a young age and now i have this deep crackling voice. It sounds so bad when I'm recording my voice and so I realize that it must be a terrible nuisance on other people who listen to make. If your going to talk rubbish about this then please just leave. But I really hate my voice and you would to if you heard me.
