Which WR's should I start for week 8?

I would rank them White, Randle El, on, then Welker. The first three are close based on matchups this week but I would say Welker shouldn't even be starting against STL at this point. I was tempted to put Randle El first because you know washington is gonna score some TD's this weekend its just a question of who will get them. I think White is the safest bet, even against Philly.
