Who has killed more, Biblegod or Satan?

According to the bible, which Christains seem to think as the whole truth of the matter, God is nothing but a merciless *** who slaughters millions of people for no apparent reason. He prooves it again and again, even after biblical times, during the crusades, witch hunts, and the Inquisition. I don't see how anyone can look at their own holy book, read what it contains, and STILL say that their god is loving and merciful. It makes no sense to me at all. He is a truly evil god in my eyes.
