Help with my iguana please!?

My iguana has a serious mouth infection, probably stomatitis, and i don't know what to do. I am going to call a vet that is around my area, but i dont know if they deal with reptiles. i live in Southern New York, does anyone know of any reptile vets around here or in new york. Someone please help. Thanks alot
