World War One Propaganda Poster?

I drew a picture of a combat nurse. What would be a good caption to go along with it that would have encouraged women to enlist as nurses back in WWI? I was thinking of something along the lines of gaining glory and renown. I think many women back in that time would have sought that sort of thing.
