Which way should america go, conservative or liberal?

A return to pre-eighties moderation is what is needed. Extremism on both sides,but,especially by the conservative right is what has brought us to our present problems. A strong middle cl is the ONLY way that this country survives the challenges of the future. The extreme corporatism that has crept into Washington must be removed, and the middle cl, the largest population and the TRUE strength of America must again be the primary motivator of our elected officials.
