I installed a basic recording software and when I try to run it there is this message "run-time error 429"?

this error message says Activex componant can't creat the object. At the end of installation of the program it showed a message - "error writing to registry key : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Windows\Curr… I have clean the registry & does it make this problem? What should I do?
