Can I sue my neighbour for harrasment?

Ill make this a long story short. I signed for a package yesterday from fedex, and its all good. Later in the day a woman from downstairs claims that I had signed for 3 of her packages. She comes back a second time and said shes called fedex and they tell her I signed for it. We talk and she leaves. Finally she comes for a 4th time telling me she called the rcmp, talked to my building manager, etc etc. Today fedex called and said that they had made a mistake. Both my girlfriend and myself feel very offended that we were rudely accused of stealing. Any way we can sue her for harrasment or anything? An apology would've been enough but I'm not holding my breath.
