Abdominal twinges 10 dpo?

So I've been more tired than normal (i had 2 coffees yesterday and I never do that!), i just started feeling this painful twinge just left of my belly on, high soft cervix (it wasn't high yesterday but it's been soft), CM is still white but it's a bit more watery than creamy, my left hurts more than my right one but it barely hurts at all, constant headaches since 7/7/11 and on 7/10/11 it was really bad! Lower back pain, nausea here and there...anyone else experience this?
